1 Year Warranty Policy for Installations

This warranty policy outlines the coverage provided by Seigler Technologies for installations we perform. It applies to labor and workmanship associated with the installation of products and services provided by Seigler Technologies.

 

Warranty Coverage:

  • We warrant that our installations will be free from defects in workmanship and will substantially conform to manufacturer’s recommendations and industry standards for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion.
  • During this warranty period, we will repair or reinstall, at our discretion and at no additional cost to you, any covered defect in our workmanship.

 

What is Not Covered:

  • This warranty does not cover defects in the materials themselves. These are typically covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information for details.
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance is not covered.
  • Damage resulting from events beyond our control, such as fire, flood, earthquake, or other acts of God, is not covered.
  • Damage caused by modifications or alterations to the installation not performed by us is not covered.
  • Defects that were apparent or easily discovered at the time of completion but were not reported to us within 30 days are not covered.

We will investigate the issue and determine if it is covered under this warranty. If it is covered, we will schedule a service appointment to repair or reinstall the installation at our earliest convenience.

 

Limitations of Warranty:

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or reinstallation of the installation, as described above. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from any defect in our workmanship.

 

Additional Information:

  • Some states may require additional or different warranty protections. This warranty is offered in addition to, and not in replacement of, any mandatory warranty coverage required by law.
  • We reserve the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website (support.seigler.us) and will apply to installations performed after the effective date of the change.
